2013

A Journey: A Recital - Nicole Korbisch performed her solo culminating degree recital under the accompaniment of Shelby Brinkman at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Nicole performed works by Giacomo Carissimi, Johannes Brahms, Ernest Chausson, Joaquín Rodrigo, and Ricky Ian Gordon. 

 

Goethe Research Recital - a joint recital presenting texts from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's novel Wilhelm Meister's Apprenticeship that have been set to music by a diverse mix of composers

 

NOA Research Presentation - Nicole Korbisch and Britney Shattuck presented their research on "Jean-Baptiste Lully: Fascilitating the Use of French Baroque Arias in Undergraduate Voice Study" at the National Opera Association convention in Portland, Oregon.

Lully Lecture Recital - Nicole Korbisch and Britney Shattuck, with Karl Lepp at the keyboard, presented a lecture recital entitled "Jean-Baptiste Lully: Fascilitating the Use of French Baroque Arias in Undergraduate Voice Study." 

 

JMOTI Aria Recital - a joint aria recital at the Johanna Meier Opera Theatre Institute in South Dakota

 

2011

 

Love and Loss: A Recital - Nicole Korbisch and Joseph Kastner delivered a joint vocal recital on the theme of Love and Loss under the accompaniment of Shelby Brinkman and Alex Chilsen at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Nicole performed works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Reynaldo Hahn, Clara Schumann, Gustav Mahler, and Fernando Obradors.

 

NATS Intern Program Recital - a joint recital as a culmination of the National Association of Teachers of Singing Intern Program, held at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire

 

Carson W. Proctor Scholarship - awarded to Nicole for excellence and potential in academic and musical pursuits

 

German Lieder Recital - a joint voice area recital at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, presenting the diverse and powerful facets of German Lieder

 

English Art Song Recital - a joint voice area recital at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, celebrating the English language through art song as a component of English Festival

 

Featured Soloist - Nicole was a featured soloist for the annual Cabaret Dinner Theatre performance at the University of WIsconsin - Eau Claire
